Here are the ''before/after'' pictures.

On the first picture, you clearly see a leak on the left side. On the second picture, it is almost gone... Dr. Kuehhas said he was very happy with the results. Having said this, I suspect most of the surgeons will say they are happy with the results even if they aren't really happy. I can't see a surgeon tell a patient right after the operation that he did a horrible job unless it is obvious to the patient...

Good to hear you had a successful surgery with little pain.
Did Dr Keuhas mention how many veins he shut down? Was it just the deep dorsal vein?

I am now 4 days post-op. The good news is that I am totally pain free. The bad news is that I still didn't get any morning erections. Having said this, I am aware that I am only 4 days post-op and although sclerotherapy is considered minimally invasive, it is still a trauma to the penis. Furthermore, I had been taking cialis 5mg for the past 2-3 months and I have stopped 1 week ago. Dr. Kuehhas told me to get back on it only 5 days post-op, which would be in 1 day. He also told me that I should be able to have sex 2 weeks post-op. I believe I will be able to give a better update at that time.

Tjwarren2, no he did not mention how many veins he shut down, but before the surgery, the plan was to shut down only the deep dorsal vein...

First night after surgery I had no obvious nightly or morning erections. From second night I could barely sleep since I woke up with super hard erections all the time. Good morning wood as well.

Good morning wood made me smile. Fond memories. That was the first thing I planned to do when I had a working implant was to pump it up after an early morning get up to pee stop, then wake up to a tented sheet later. That is still one of my goals.

Interesting that in my case he told me to wait 5 days... Also, I still did not experience super hard erections like you have experienced on the second night. My body definitely did not respond the same way your body did.

So you are still not getting any morning wood? Is there any signs or any type of reaction after the surgery? By the way, did you have soft glans before the surgery?

Although this type of therapy has been around 30-40 years and not even done in the states any more, I think it is still experimental. I would expect variations from one post op instruction to the other. The amount of bleeding or areas stressed could be a factor too as Cialis is a good blood thinner and can increase bleeding, especially as dosage goes up. We also have to keep in mind that everyone's penile vasculature is different. I had a discussion with a urologic surgeon on time and asked him if it is just one or a few odd ones in the bunch and he said, no everyone is different. Blood may come from different arteries, have wy's and splits where some have a straight shot. No two are the same. Some get blood from multiple sources with one being dominant.. Lost, no I am not getting morning woods yet and I don't see much changes after the surgery. However, I still believe it is too early to judge. I'll give a real assessment in 1-2 weeks when I first have sex. I'll keep you guys posted.
