Hot damn--to be able to shoot like when we were young. After my kidney surgery and then my open heart surgery, I could not ejaculate. I felt the intense orgasms but nothing shooting out. Took awhile to recover and was able to ejac out.
After I was told I could start using my implant Dr Eid wanted me to describe in words my Orgasms to another doctor that was in his office. I assume this was to prove the implant provided the same or far better Orgasm.

Titan implanted by Dr Eid Due to Peyronies, Implant was the only option for me.
