Peak Performance TRIMIX
After many years of frustrating ED and trying the little pills with mixed results I went to Peak Performance in San Diego, CA, to help me find a solution for correcting my ED. They did all the tests, to include an injection by their doctor before prescribing a TRIMIX for me to use. Like Boston Medical, Peak Performance is very expensive but after experiencing a rock hard erection like I hadn't felt in years I bought their package of 60 doses, 20 at a time, for a whole lot of money plus expensive shipping charges. My TRIMIX formula mix was listed as T106 and I don't know and they won't tell me what the Papaverine, Phentolamine, Prostaglandin E-1 amounts were. I have since gone to a Urologist for my ED treatment and since he didn't know what was in T106 he started me on a standard Pap 30, Phen 0.5, Prost E-1 10. After trying this mix my erections were not as hard compared to the T106 mix. He next tried a Pap 24, Phen 0.8, Prost E-1 20 mix but I still do not get the hard erections like I did with the T106 mix. My doctor wants to help me and will prescribe what TRIMIX formula I need but like me doesn't know what was in Peak Performances' T-106 TRIMIX. I can't afford to go back to Peak Performance. Is there anyway that I can find out or can anyone help me find out what was in their T106?
62 years old, TRIMIX injections for four years, outstanding results. Sex life and libido never better providing more intimacy, pleasure, and passion for both my wife and I. TRIMIX injections have given us our sex lives back!

hw,
I don't suppose you know what the units volume was for the T106 shots vs the ones your URO gave you? You can always try increasing by 2-5 units at a time and see how that goes.
The amount your doc starts you out with is not cast in stone (as much as we wish it were stone-like!), so maybe go higher and see what happens,
Keep going up as long as you feel you won't be pushing the 4 hour erection timeframe -- often MORE units just means longer erection time -- not harder ones.
But if you are lucky you might get harder AND longer times -- best of both worlds, Win-Win situation, heaven-on-earth ... etc etc).

Re: Peak Performance TRIMIX
Jim thanks for the recommendation.
I increased the number of units and it gave me exactly what I wanted; bigger, harder, and longer erections. After my wife and I are both satisfied sexually I always take 120-240mg of Sudafed as a precaution and to expedite my return to normal. I have not had any problem with my erection exceeding four hours and have not had any adverse effects with eother the TRIMIX or Sudafed doseage.
My wife and I are very fortunate that yes, we have the best of both worlds.

Re: Peak Performance TRIMIX
That seems like a LOT of Sudafed. You might try some alternate "deflation" methods: wrapping junior in a cold washrag and squeezing; walking around; taking a leak; thinking about the federal deficit. I always try to do everything I can without taking in more medication. Just a thought.

Hi HW
As a person in the medical business who constantly has patients asking for various parts of their medical record, it seems to me that the information regarding the contents of T106 would be included in your medical record which according to HIPPA is YOUR property. I suggest you request copies of your medical record to learn what the doctors have noted. If the chemical constituents of T106 are not included then I would follow-up with them more forcefully as this information is yours.....regardless of what the doctor's office tells you. Keep in mind that while they might not want to tell you this info.....they do work for you.
I do agree and have found personally that the dosage amount has more to do with the duration of the erection rather than the actual hardness.....many variables affect both...ie use of alcohol, Viagra type meds, stimulation, mood and state of mind just to mention a few.
I do fully agree with Antelope regarding the prophalactic use of Sudafed......probably best to avoid adding more chemicals to your body unless needed. Needed to me (and maybe only me) would mean....a persistant erection that is both painful (achey) and has not begun to at least to start to go down within about 1 1/2 hours. I sometimes get a little anxious when I have a response to my usual dose that is more than expected....this means too hard too long.
Anyway.....just my point of view.
Jeff

Re: Peak Performance TRIMIX
Hey Jeff,
Thanks for the response which was very beneficial coming from someone who is in the medical business. As you suggested I did continue to press them for the T106 contents and they very reluctantly gave them to me. I sure they felt that it was a proprity thing and that if they gave me the information they would loose a customer. As I said in my first post I was not unhappy with the treatment plan but with the very expensive cost of their product. I did go to my urologist and he wrote the prescription for me to use anywhere. He also gave me the name of a supplier, Axium, that sells both standard TRIMIX and custom doses at a much cheaper price. They have a pharmacist and very knowledge staff who will any questions and coordinate with your urologist to provide the correct mix for you. I've been very happy with their service and will continue to use them.
I too have found that the dosage effect the duration not the hardness of the erection. Like others have stated every now and then the injections do not work to produce an erection. Injection site, dosage and all other conditions can be the same but sometimes it just doesn't work. Don't understand how that can happen but fortunately it is a rare occurance but I mention it so others won't be surprise if they have the same issue.
Like everyone I too am very concerned about a prolonged erection and have found I get better results and piece of mind by using a larger dosage of Sudafed to get the erection to subside. I've tried the progressive dosage method and the wait and see the results technique but I found that I got very anxious when the erection wouldn't go down quickly. I always follow the sudafed dosage recommendations so I am not over medicating myself. While this may be "overkill" at times or for others I have found this method works best for me since it always works and gives me piece of mind. So disrespect to you and Antelope and I did value you comments.
Once again this site continues to provide a great source of information and the especially valuable personal experiences for all men who have ED problems.

Re: Peak Performance TRIMIX
I get my Trimix from Wedgewood Pharmacy. 5ML at $70 per vial, plus $10 for shipping. I usually get it within two days. I am only into my fourth week of using Trimix. I started at 30 units and worked up to 50 units which generated a 3 hour erection. I have been coming down in dosage and used 25 units this morning. Next time I will go down to 20, because my erection lasted 2.5 hours this morning.

I have found that the longer I use trimix, the less it takes. I could offer all kinds of theories as to why that is, but I really don't care about the reasons--just the results.

Re: Peak Performance TRIMIX
Greg...
I will add my 'ditto' to using less trimix the longer i use it. Uro started me with 7.5 units (lets all talk units in the injection forums PULEEEEEZ ), Is anyone using a syringe OTHER than an insulin style one?
I tried 10 units for a while, but hardons were lasting over the 4 hours most of the time.... so I began backing down to the point when I am at 5 units with delightfully fast and hard boners lasting about 2 hours (the last 1 1/2 hours using it like a kickstand to keep me from rolling out of bed).
I think all us guys on trimix keep experimenting to find what works best for each of us. Once a dose that works is established, we can tweek it a little at a time without fear of failures.

My uro advised that the dosages normally decline because the hard erections force oxygenated blood into the damaged tissue which starts to rehabilitate it. Not sure he is correct, but as Greg said - who cares?
