Hey guys, thanks for having me on board. Great to find a place where it's safe and comfortable to talk about the common problem so many of us share, when I was young all the older gentleman would tell me when they seen my pals and I out drinking that we should be getting all the sex we could instead of drinking beer, they would say, get all you can, there will be plenty of time later for drinking beer. Never quite understood what they were talking about until the o'l whiskey dick started showing up on a regular basis. Now I understand. Almost 62, and have struggled with ED for at least 10 years, thank goodness my wife is understanding and willing to give about anything a try. I've got a great physician and PA that are easy to talk to about this and have given me several samples of Viagra, Cialis, and I can't place the third name that I've tried, but all have kind of worked, kinda not worked. Sometimes frustrating to say the least. Recently purchased the encore premium pump and it has been working fairly well with some instances of leakage from the constriction rings, not as much when I use two rings, but still looking for something better. Anxious to get on board and to start learning and sharing.

Hi, welcome, and good luck. My story sounds very familiar to yours. The biggest hurdle was having the nerve to talk to my GP who got me started on the prescribed pill choices. Over the years they changed in effectiveness, and last year he recommended seeing a specialist. After a Doppler Ultrasound I was given Trimix injections and have been very happy ever since. Whatever discomfort exists after sex (due to the hour or so of continuing engorgement) is nothing compared to the sense of relief that my spouse and I can make love again, even better than in the past. This is truly a better erection than I ever had in my youth, which makes me believe that I (and probably many other men) had some mild form of ED all my life. And I have three kids, and I thought my sex life was fine most of my life, until I since found out how hard an erection can be. Thankfully this site allows us to tell our stories so that others can feel less isolated. You and your spouse can experience great things as long as you are open and honest with each other, and you are open and honest with your doctor.
