Erection Quality on 30-2-20

I'm on my fourth Trimix prescription, and currently using a 30-2-20 mix. I do give my urologist thanks for starting me on training wheels. In the more than a year we have been working together I've never had an episode of priapism, so that's good.

However, I am not fully satisfied with the quality of my erection -- or maybe my expectations are not realistic. At 70 units of the 30-2-20, I consistently achieve an erection that is "suitable for penetration" for about an hour. My penis achieves tremendous girth after I inject. However, although the length and the girth are excellent, my penis points somewhat toward the floor while erect. I have been hoping for a harder erection that at least points straight out from my body or hopefully, up toward the ceiling a bit.

Has anyone else had this experience? Don't get me wrong? Trimix is working for me -- hour-long durations, dependable erection on a 6-7 scale and satisfying results for my wife and me. However, I would like to get to that 8-9 quality on the erection -- for ego if nothing else. Injecting more units just seems to prolong the duration but not increase the erection quality.

Any thoughts? Should I ask the urologist to increase the strength of my prescription, or just be satisfied with what I've got? Has anybody moved up from 30-2-20? If you have what is your prescription now?

You were doing good on Quad-Mix when I checked out your demo video. I am on the same Tri-Mix prescription as yours and my erections have been the similar as yours . I am now thinking about Quad-Mix. I am 75 so maybe I'm asking too much. Why did you change to tri-mix?

Hi Octigo,

I have always been on Trimix. You may be thinking of 6gauge, who posted his incredible Quad-Mix injection. Trust me, if I had the kind of response he had I would be a happy camper. I may ask my doctor about moving up to Quad-Mix. The one thing is that I am not having any issues whatsoever with priapism, so I don't want to push it so far. I would like to improve the quality of my erection, though.

I did some, um, "research" by looking a snippets of a few adult videos. It turns out that even some of the adult film stars are working with erections that point somewhat to the floor (or mattress). So that shows that not everybody is working with blue steel that sticks straight out or toward the ceiling.

I will say that at 30-2-20 my erections, while not rigid, are very natural feeling and dependable. On the other hand I'm using a full 100 units (1ML) for an erection lasting about 60-90 minutes. I'll talk to my uro and see what she thinks.

I don't know what are the underlying conditions to cause your ED, But I have simple? ED, cause unknown. I now use a stronger tri-mix and inject around .23ml. It is working fine for me as I have maybe an 80 to 90% erection after injecting. After messing around, and waiting another 30 or 60 minutes, I often get the erections from my youngmanhood. We're all different, so our results are always different. I just can't imagine injecting 100 units.

I'm currently using a 30-0.5-20 tri-mix and only need to inject 6 units for a 100% erection good for 90 minutes - 2 hours. Mine points up above 3:00. My ED due to multiple sclerosis. My gf is very happy that I can last longer to increase her pleasure. Getting a new trimix formulation next week that will allow fine tuning. I'd like to get a little less hard so I have an easier time ejaculating. We always want what we don't have.

Be careful using a higher dose. I kept increasing the dose, from 10 untis up to 18 per injection (using Edex, similar to tri mix) While erection quality was fabulous, I started having trouble reaching orgasm. turns out that the way to fix that was to cut WAY back on the meds per shot, to 10 units, where I was 2 years ago. since I cut back erections are still great only now it is "all systems go". More sensation, feels more natural, and while I can last and last, when the moment iright I can cum at will!

Hey Cigar

You might want to ask your uro to up your mix from 30,2,20. The PGE-1 is what mostly controls rigidness, so 30,2,30 or 30,2,40 or even 30,3,30 or 30, 3, 40 might work better for you. A side effect on increasing the script should be that you could use less per injection, saving you a few bucks.
