Does anyone have any experience with Dr. Fred Grossman in Denver?
Age 60, married, PSA 12.4 PCa 3/07, RRP 5/07, no extension, nerves spared, subsequent PSAs<.01, continent 10/10, ED continued with no effect from pills or injections, implanted 9/19/11 Coloplast Titan OTR.

St. Louis is not too far from Denver. I think Southwest and Frontier have direct flights between the two. And in St. Louis I have a most excellent recommendation, should you want it.
At this point, you need a doctor who will be your advocate with BC/BS. My implant was covered to the maximum allowed, and because of my choices in coverage, my total out of pocket was less than $1,200. If your doctor won't advocate for you, find a different one. If ultimately BC/BS won't cover, there are doctors who have some options that will reduce cost for cash customers.
