Hi Zac Found you this piece of info.
Normal or average testosterone levels. In general, the normal range in males is about 270 to 1070 ng/dL with an average level of 679 ng/dL. A normal male testosterone level peaks at about age 20, and then it slowly declines. Testosterone levels above or below the normal range are considered by many to be out of balance.

Now the problem is if you go over to gels or shots the likely hood is it will shut down your own testosterone making equipment, you must know what they are? yes. do that and the will just shrink up and stop working, meaning you are now totally reliant on gels or shots for the rest of your life, just a little something your doctor may not tell you about.

Please read up about these first its DHEA and Tribulus, start low dose and work up, these both do work the same way but help each other, they will slowly boost up your testosterone, lift your libido and energy levels, now for most of there OK but can have the odd funny side effects with the odd person.

See how you get on if you try them.

Hi Zac, when you get down to the bottom of things there are no rules that say a young man cant have low testosterone.
But some things that may help you in the way of links, on the first one do click on them as there packed with info.
http://anabolicmen.com/50-foods-that-bo ... ne-levels/

http://www.webmd.com/men/ss/slideshow-l ... JJuNBSw%3d

These should help you with low testosterone

http://anabolicmen.com/boost-nitric-oxide-naturally/

Natural nitric acid boosters

But if you want to post on it there is a young guys forum, just click on discussion forums at the top and your find it.

As for your low testosterone I know you seen a urologist, you should find some better help there, but do say you only want natural help and not drugs or gels or injections.

Good Luck

If my T got below 700 there was a VERY NOTICEABLE difference. Normal for one person might be 450. Normal for another might be 1200. Bodies react differently. Keep in mind what the doctor calls a normal range is just an average from some study or another. Many people boost their testosterone up nicely with 1cc of testosterone cypionate every 14 days. My body eats the stuff like all meds. It takes 2 1/2 cc every 7 days to get my T high enough that I have a very comfortable normal life, so everyone is not the same. There are many many environmental factors that can affect your T too. It is almost impossible to get a water sample that does not have estrogens in it now from all the women peeing their birth control pills for 50 years. Soy based foods are more common but any food in that plant class is basically anti testosterone too. Many baby formulas are soy based to boost protein and make an artificial milk, the bottles contained phenyls which were horomones and now outlawed so young people like you may have been exposed to anti antrogens your entire life. A few months back I read a study from the U.K. where they compared testosterone levels of patients since the 1940's. Testosterone has been on a steady decline for 70 years and now almost 1/2 of what the average was in 1945. Estrogens ( female hormones) have been on the increase this same time period. Roundu-up herbicide (glyphosate) is the most common herbicide in the world now and has been linked to anti antrogenic effects as have MANY MANY chemicals. Do not think there is something wrong with you because you have low T. It happens. Likely nothing you did caused it. See a reputable doctor and see what can be done about it. I have used gels, oral ( before outlawed here) and injections. Hard to get used to poking yourself with a BIG needle but after a while it is no big deal. You also learn over time that that the 23 gauge they prescribe can be replaced with a smaller 25 gauge needle and you can still inject and make it easier. the bigger the number the smaller the needle if you are not familiar. Hope this gives you a little insight.
Be well, best of luck to you, glad you are getting some answers from your doctor and don't worry. Worry causes a lot of problems too. I'm old, been there so I know. Hugs man.
