THIRD opinion

Postby defiant » Tue May 31, 2016 1:17 pm

So I've booked in to see De Kuehhas in due course at the London Andrology clinic for a third opinion. NHS say leak, Harley St specialists say no leak. Who will win? Tune in...next week!

Obviously the sclerotherapy technique is under a lot of scrutiny here and I'm sure it is highly dependent on what exactly is leaking, where, how rapidly, from how many points and so on and so on.

I told them a little bit about my situation I.e no morning wood to which they said well that is indicative of a definite physical cause then I said Cialis works fine for me and I can go indefinitely when I feel relaxed to which the person on the end of the phone said well, that would most likely mean you have no leak. So, more confusion. But the person did add they weren't a doctor just that they had a lot of observation in this field.

He said the ultimate test is a CT cavernosography subsequent to an ultrasound. Is this method reliable?

I don't think I'm so bad I need surgical intervention. With my last partner i probably failed 3 times out of a 100. All with the aid of Cialis though....

F*** this condition and this mental anguish.

97% success rate? Only 3 failures out of 100? I would say your dick works fabulous darling and keep the Cialis coming.

Yeah but every time I think about the next encounter with a new partner, I'm filled with dread. Even today when I masturbated I couldn't get fully hard which I usually can. Stress is my biggest enemy at the moment. I wish there was a way to quell it.

Defiant just google stress and meditation, your find lots of drug free ways of getting over your stress, and your find this is backed by lots of good doctors and even the Mayo clinic for help to calm down your stress to nothing.
But do remember its not a quick fix, may take a bit of time till your in that grove.

Again I will state, the higher testosterone, the less you fear of little things. T has a way of putting the bull in a wimp. No I am not saying you are wimpy. A healthy level of testosterone makes you feel more powerful and less fearful of failure. I've been there.
I am not sure a narrow defined approach is what you need but I think the test may be helpful IF the issue that causes your problem is not present at the same time as your test and that issue is not the cause of a leak. In other words, if your issue is mental performance anxiety and your mental can cause a leak and you are anxious at the time of the test, are you getting the correct diagnosis? Pharmacological treatments have their limit and the mind still has to co-operate. If one had pneumonia you don't just put antibiotic on a finger to treat the pneumonia in the finger. You treat the whole body. Hard to find a urologic physician that takes the entire body into context and not one small region of it but it might be worth a look. Looking for answers over the years, I have read some very interesting stories of the oddest things causing issues in otherwise seemingly health young men. Some were as simple as a vitamin deficiency. Narrow minded approaches are fine except when the innocent is standing behind the target you are aiming at. Broad perspectives are important too.
Best of luck to you. Hope you find the answers you are looking for.
