my script is 30/4/5. i use anywhere from 7 units to 16 units, either way the Erection quality is about the same. each lasts about 2 hrs plus. when i use upwards to 15 units the erection lasts at least 3 hrs..dont know exactly because i am usually asleep. i do get a bit of pain with any shot, due to the pg1. i do like the trimix as i get a better erection while using much less papav. sometimes though it does hurt more than i like....especially when the sex gets rougher.....

How does it work?? Does it give a lot of PGE1 ache?? How much do you use in a shot??

Adding a lot of PGE-1 per ml but using a small shot will shortchange your PAP and PHENT amounts --
but if you are using a giant volume .. not so much a shortage of PAP and PHENT.

I shoot from .8 to 20. Higher the volume = longer duration. 15 is about perfect 75 minutes. Maybe a little ache but that goes away quickly with stimulation.

Prescription calls for .10cc of PAP30/ PHE3/ PGE100. Is that a normal dose or too strong. I have no idea.

Steve621 - this is quite a high formula, especially for someone just starting on Trimix. The limit most docs will not go beyond generally run about 40mcg/ml for PGE-1.

A typical starting script is PGE-1=10mcg/ml, papaverine=30mg/ml and phenolamine= 0.5 to 1.0 mg/ml, with a dosage starting at .10 to .20 ml. (10 to 20 units on a standard insulin syringe.). dosage is then increased as needed to provide decent results. Seems you are starting at the top and working down.

You don't mention how much your are injecting and that is critical. If you are a beginner and using more that 5 to 10 units, I would think you might have some problems. You should familiarize yourself with the terminology, so folks can understand your posts and help you better.

After the injection and sex I set my alarm for 3:45 after the injection.
I am still hard 95% of the time.

I hop on my excise bike and start pedaling. It comes down in 10 min every time.
Before, I would do deep knee bends, and somewhere around 100 I would start to go limp.
But I messed up my knee and couldn't do the deep knee bends any more. The bike is easier and I usually watch tv at 3am until I go limp.
