In order for me to get an erection in have to use 60 units if I want one that stays with me for 2 hours 70 units. Does that sound right. Does consuming alcohol effect any of this?

Hi, most of us on here take trimix, and this is what I use. I haven't found any decreasing of the effectiveness while drinking. And we almost always have several drinks before my wife and I have "fun". As long as one doesn't get so sauced that they can't inject safely and properly, one should be ok drinking.
Your dosage doesn't sound excessive, and many on here take similar doses of trimix. I use between .1 cc and .2 for a 2 hr (or more), erection.
But then again, we're talking about trimix.

Yes, David I think alcohol effects the drug performance. For me I know it does. Your dosage sounds about right and I could use that much under certain conditions, tired, just did it etc. but get this. There is something called super Bimix and it works about twice as well. I am a bit of a mad scientist so I mix trimix in with it, not enough to get the pain,just enough to get what I call the pool cue effect. I now do 3-4 units of super trimix.mixed with 16-17 super Bimix. I do this some nights when my wife and I don't have sex. She asked why. I said after being impotent for twenty years I just like walking around the house with a hard on. Steve Smith

Steve that is funny thanks for the reply. I have been told there something call super BiMix have you had any experience or any else with this and what is the chemical make up. I went to BiMix because of the uncomfortablity I had the trim is.

Just an aside I just tried 50 units nothing worse than nothing so wasted some of the product

Was curious about Super BiMix so googled and found a compounding Pharm that did both.

BiMix was 30mg Pap 1Mg Phent,
Super Bimix was 30mg Pap and 2mg Phent.

So, no really big deal there. Yes it is double Phent but 2mg Phent is pretty common for BiMix/Trimix anyways -- any no one calls it Super .... looks like just a Marketing gimmick, but at least it does identify a more potent formula.

I use the 30mg/2mg version -- but mix it with PGE-1 (usually around 100mcg/ml) .. it gives equivalent to for my .5ml shot that comes out to be 10mg pap/.5mg phent and 25mcg PGE-1 delivered in the shot. That's good for and hour or so and I can and can keep a serviceable firm chub going for up to six hours by using a velcro strap to slow the blood outflow. It is not a raging stinging cold erection during all that so it is not dangerous to keep it going -- nice and warm and firm and something for the missus to grab onto all night long -- very nice.

Thanks for all the replies. I tried a 70 unit shot last night after drinking beer for a while prior and I did get a good not but good erextion. Tonight I am going to shot 70 units without and beer and see what happens then start to drink some beer.

i have tried bimix and trimix. i am one of the lucky that get pain from pg1....my bimix was 30/1 and i used 30-50u. either did ok for stifness but didnt last long enough. i am now using trimix 30/4/5.
on about 5-8u the pain is tolerable....at 10 or more it hurts too much during sex. i want to ask my uro for a 40/4/5 mix. that way i can use 5-6u, still get the pg1 but have more pav that will last longer...

I doubt it. I've injected with no alcohol and with copious amounts of Alcohol. No difference. I don't think Alcohol affects a injected Penis.

Can you be more specific about what your formula is for Trimix??

30/4/5 is a strange combo .. is it 30mg Pap/4mg Phent/5 mcg PGE-1 ??

Never heard of more than 2mg phent .. 5mcg PGE-1 is what a lot of overly cautious docs will start off with .. causing you to waste 80 or 90 bucks for each next 10mcg ... 15mcg ...20mcg prescription where he/she should have started to begin with.
