I'm in pretty much the same boat as you. We screwed around for two years with all the therapies with variable but unsatisfying results. At 2 year check up, Surgeon recommended an implant. We went ahead with it on Jan 6, 2016 and are very satisfied. I've posted my journey, take a look. If you'd like to talk, PM me and we can do a telephone call.
