I have been looking all over this web site for a couple months now.
Finally decided to register and ask for help.
I asked doc about injections told him that my therapists recommended
It to me as my Ed (cause by diabetic 2 about 4 years ago) and is REALLY
having a effect on the wife and I I'm 62 she 63 last penetration sex we had was 11
Years ago. Yea no type o. 2 back surgeries on my wife failed and the I hit lempomhia
cancer. 3 1/2 years of chemio 30 days of radiation in remission now but have been
Told it'll come back.
Anyway on to injections Put on low dose at off of Trimix. 1 shot great. 2 shot grate
both at office left for 2 week travel trip with wife hoping for good times. Nada
Tried several times and nothing got back home and Nurse gave me a third shot in the
Shot at the office. No go Sent me home to try it at home. Tried several times. No go
I have now gone through 6 vials of 5 mil bottles (powder add water they sent with the stuff)
and have told my therapists that I was done. but taking with the wife she actually wants to
Get our sex life back
but god this is SO HARD on me to keep trying and fail every time
Help before I pull the plug completely.

To add to my rambling

I we given 10 units the first shot
7.5 units the second
Tried 10 to 50 units which with the needle see they sent
With it is the full bottle. 50 cc to 1 vial
Nothing worked after the first 2 at the office then the
3 shot at the office also failed Nothing since then. Been
Almost 3 months now. Frustrated angry upset depressed
Ready to give up.

Finally got reassigned to enteral med doc. Saw he

And talk to them waiting to hear from someone

Injections don't work in every case or every person. When pills stopped working for me, I tried many injectable formulations in many doses with zero response to any of them. It's possible that you are just in the same boat. It may be that an implant will be your answer, but even an implant is no guarantee of a restored sex life.

I'm no expert, but that sounds like my first prescription. I ended up using 40 units and got decent results, but didn't like only getting 4 or 5 shots from a 2ml vial. Second stronger prescription is a lot better, but my dosage seems to be increasing. It's still manageable at about 20 units.

It's been 7 months since my implant. If you're sick of pills that aren't working and fooling with dosing those injections, you really need to look into the implant. Everything from the surgery was back to normal in about 3 months, except that there is absolutely no more issues with erection. My wife and I are having a really good time every day (sometimes twice a day). You can get hard any time you want and keep it that way as long as you like - no problem. Sex without any worries or work is truly fabulous!! Don't miss out on it!

Diabetics are particularly prone to poor blood flow and such poor blood flow shows up as poor erections-- so there is that.

But cannot think why you got two good shots and now nothing.

One reason could be worry/anxiety/anxiousness causing failure -- even with injections it can happen that a person generates so much adrenaline that it shuts down any erection before it can get started.

Yeah, a stronger formula might help but no doctor in his right mind would prescribe what Needle recommended. But is kinda nice if you can get such a doc.

But good ol regular formula such as 20mcg PGE-1 30mg Pap and 1 mg Phent is a good one.

Have your doc/pharmacy try that. If you have read all the Injections forum you ought to know all this anyways.

Really? It works perfect for me, it was prescribed by my Uro and I do believe he is in his "Right mind".
