My first experience with the pump

Hi,

First I wish to thank you all for the mountains of info you have made available for us ED sufferers.

Having recently become engaged to a charming and lovely young lady, I found it acutely embarrassing and frustrating to be unable to complete the sex act, even though she said it did matter to her. She had not had sex with her now deceased husband for some five years because his illness.

I bought a simple unit with a manual pump, but also bought the foam flanges made by........ All this as a result of members comments.

The first day I experimented by myself and found that I could produce a good hard erection after about 5 minutes of gentle pumping and relieving the vacuum....I experienced no pain and little discomfort, I did shave some hair from the base of my penis. KY jelly proved an excellent lubricant.

In did this 3 times during the day and on the last occasion, leaving the constrictive ring in place I went about my daily tasks and apart from the incredible bulge in my pants and season that can only be described as erotic, I had no discomfort. After 1/2 hour I took the ring off...things were pretty blue by then, but all returned to normal within seconds.

Later that day, my fiancee and I had sexual intercourse for the first time....it was quite fantastic....she had a dramatic orgasm....something, believe it or not, she had never had with her husband of 17 years.

The subsequent 3 days we had sex, on each occasion it was more dramatic and exciting.

I have noticed that that has been quite an appreciable increase in girth and length of my penis.....it is over 6" long and 6 1/2" in girth. I have never boasted of such size, having been an average 5 1/2" all my life.

The only other observations are that I can last a very long time, much longer than before.....my gf says her husband always came too soon, which why she faked hers all those years, however, I find orgasm difficult indeed only came once during the 5 sessions we have had together, when she masturbates me after our loving, I have a dry one. This is a little strange but still one of the most enjoyable sensations I can still experience.

Your experience with the pump is exactly what mine has been. I've been pumping for 3 1/2 years -- not much increase in length, but girth keeps increasing. My sweetie loves that . In fact I changed to large rings after the small one broke, and the results are still great. Guys do complain about the blue color after a while, but who cares when it is kept in a warm, dark enclosure. The increased time to orgasm is also good, but it is getting a little too long lately -- but then I'm 79 so what do your expect?

Thanks for the info......I saw my 80th earlier this year......big party, but celebrated my 60th......nothing to celebrate about being 80....IMO.

Yea, the blue bit.......can't say much about that except that it 'grows' on you.

I saw a couple of errors in my post..... First paragraph should have read .. 'she said it does NOT matter to her'.

And forgot to name the makers of my toys....the Pump is by Encore.... very simple and relatively cheap with manual pump....the sleeves by USA Mediquip. Both excellent and do a good job for me..... I have no hinge effect.

Since starting using this apparatus I have grown 1/2" in length and 1" in girth.....very much appreciated my myself and gf. Will have to order the large size sleeve soon if I gain any more girth.

These gadgets have made me feel like a man again... I fully endorse the Pump system.....no drugs...no pain or headaches or bad feelings...no expense after the first investment.

No real down side... fully accepted by gf.. she really enjoys full penetration despite what she said earlier.

Thanks for sharing you experiences. Very interesting and informative. Perhaps you can expand a bit more. Is it necessary for you guys to maintain the constriction in order to hold your erections during intercourse? And, what brand/style cock rings are you using. I recently switched to the Osbon medium, high tension Erectaid because my old constriction devices were just not tight enough anymore to do the trick.. It works well, but becomes desensitizing and somewhat painful after 15 minutes.

Dt, I will usually use the smallest and the next large size constriction ring at the same time. During my 'practice' solo sessions, full erection is maintained as long as I wish. I can walk about doing odd things around the house, apart from turning blue it's good.
During very active intercourse, I find we occasionally have to re pump, this is simple, quick and effective. I believe the vigorous movements by the gf cause a gradual lose of blood. It does not phase her to stop to reinflate my flagging penis.
I still find it difficult to come to an orgasm......but even without it is more thanenjoyable.

. As a result of Peyronies, I lost length and girth. It was a little more than a year ago that I got the August pump to help me maintain a healthy dick. I followed a certain program but didn't really understand all the other things that came with it---the cone and about 4 "constriction rings". Ahhh, now I know what to do with them or try to do with them. This site is informative and I am learning a lot and finding more ways to get and maintain an erection besides the usual Viagra and Cialis.

I have seen some improvement in length and girth but not close to what I had before. I can cum but it takes time and a lot of work at times. It won't hurt to have a practice session but I am concerned about the blue some of you talk about? I am on blood thinners and I don't want to rupture a vessel; but on the other hand, it may be worth it.

Be careful with the pumping. Just pump and release, repeatedly, but not until you have pain; I don't think you want to risk pumping too much. Have you watched RDPugh's two videos on pumping. I consider him one of the authorities on here about that. The videos are very well done, and he seems to be a success story with it. I'm just a novice with the pump, but I'm gaining girth. So far, I haven't mastered the pump.

I do not use a traditional medical VED, but instead a penis enlargement type cylinder and pump which is equipped with a vacuum gauge. I have been pumping for about 20 months and have learned that 20 minutes at 4.5 - 5 in/hg generates a nicely engorged dick without causing any lingering problems. My pumped girth with cock ring on is up about 3/4" from my girth before I started pumping. Length is up maybe 1/4".

During further practice with the pump during solo...sessions and the real thing.....I have now started the following daily exercises.
During my morning shower I place a Mediquip collar and the second smallest constriction ring. As I have a foreskin I found it very painful whilst applying the vacuum and it seemed to be stretched, particularly that part where is attached to the glans........I found that when the collar is amply greased with something...I use a body lotion....I put the collar over my penis and give it 4 or 5 pumps.....this sucks my prick right through the collar, foreskin and all, I then with a dry tissue pull it out of the collR at the same time, with my other hand, I push the collar against the pubic bone. Then with all the foreskin ahead of the collar, I can pump again.....as I do so I do kegels.....again after 4 or 5 pumps, I reduce the vacuum, then start again.....pumping and kegeling....I have found that, when I first started pumping, penis was three finger widths from the end of the plexi glass cylinder.....I knew that was it, and would release the constriction ring(s).
Now, after about 4 weeks of fairly active use.......it is two finger widths, or approximately 1/2" longer than I ever was.....indeed, today I find it is reading 1 3/4" finger width. You understand I am holding the pump with my right hand fingers under the tube so I can see those fingers clasping same.
After placing the constriction ring, I shower and continue doing kegels and also run my hand firmly up the length thus stretching the old Randy bugger more and more. Then I shave, still doing kegels and the occasional stretch
Finally, I take everything adrift after dressing.
I find it truly remarkable that after all my years of being right in the middle of average, that I am now, after only 4 odd weeks at the top end of average. Believe me I'm not complaining.
When it comes to actual intercourse, I do the same thing except I use the smallest size..no. 1 collar and the smallest constriction ring, plus the second smallest......this sets things up for even the most vigorous activity. My gf like to be on top and when she gets going she could show a veteran cowboy a thing or two......occasionally, we stop for a rest, during which I'll pump a few times to him bring back to size.......
Strange thing, in the past I was always worried about losing my erection and had to concentrate to keep it from doing so, now I just lay back and relax, and really enjoy the finest lovin I believe I've ever had.......I. Just don't worry about losing my hard...cos I won't and don't worry about cumming too soon, cos I won't.......this before ED I never could.

After re-reading this thread...in reply to some questions.....I too am on Coumadin.....I have taken 5mgm daily for some 15 years,.... As far as I can tell I have had no side effects what so ever. I have A-Fib.......And have my own INR meter and check it weekly......for some odd reason it is 5.6 today.... Way too high, I like it to be about 2.5. I sure don't let the A-Fib spoil my loving.......

I cannot maintain an erection without the constriction ring(s).........I always use one or two depending on the activity.

I do not feel pain, as I have said I pump and release until I reach three finger widths from the top of the cylinder......I do not feel pain during that time.......although now I am going to two fingers without pain......thus I am using visual rather than pain to limit my pumping. I must say when I first started....I felt pain, but as time went by the discomfort went too.
I had pain due to the stretching of my foreskin on the glans...but I worked out how to stop that....I don't, obviously, know what you guys who have been cut feel in that regard.

As far as I'm concerned the pump is the best thing since sliced bread......
