I take tumeric daily because I read that it helps reduce the pain and stiffness generated by arthritis. I haven't noticed any improvement of my ED or diabetes.

Hi Bunny, At the bottom of DRUGS VERSUS HERBS, HERBS MY CHOICE, your see my mix of cayenne pepper, turmeric with black pepper and garlic
Give that a go but you made need to up the amount of turmeric your taken.

Did you read through the links for diabetes and the links for ED, worth a read through.
