What positions are best for maintaining EQ during sex?

I never considered this till I came to this board. At first I was just resigned to my situation but after reading about positions in some posts, I started studying myself. Of course this little distraction did not help the ED.

I fount that the "plank" position gave me the best erection and lying on my back (lady on top) was the worst!

Any suggestions of other positions?

I find that the spoon position is the easiest way for me to penetrate; however, I have difficulty reaching orgasm. So I start in this position and switch to missionary when I want to "finish off."

I totally enjoy spooning, I find it a little hard climaxing but I think its because I am taking prostrate drugs. I take Rapaflo and Finesteride.
