Pre-cum after prostectomy?

I had a prostectomy 6 years ago and have been using trimix injections for the last 5.5 years with great results.
Sex in someways was never better. Lately, when I orgasm, I could swear my dick squirts a drop or two
of precum, just like in the good old days. I wonder if my Cowpers Gland was left intact after the operation.
Have any of you experienced this?

I suppose I could masturbate and see, but I have never tried this. I have only orgasmed with my dick deep inside my wife since using trimix.

I can only hope. I would love to hear if others have a recurring of Cowper's Gland fluid over time. It would definitely give me something in which to look forward.

I hope you are right its something to look forward too. My surgery is scheduled for Dec. and as of now I am on finesteride and Rapaflo and I can only produce some (a little) precum now. I am in hopes that I can do that, at least, after surgery.

Depends on how long our foreplay is but I get a few drops of pre cum. I asked the doc about it (the urologist I see now is not the one who did the surgery) and he said the doc probably left my cowpea glad in. I saw the drops about the third or fourth time I came after surgery and thought That can't be! So yes, it is possible to have pre cum and have a little sticky stuff!

Yes I occasionally get some pre-cum, but I have to be very excited for it to happen. AFAIK, they don't normally remove the Cowper's gland with an RP.

OP: I don't quite understand your post.

If you're buried when it happens, how would you possibly know? I guess it depends on the man, but I know it is VERY easy to squirt a little urine during orgasm. Maybe that's what you're feeling.

I had radiation and seeding so my prostate is toast even it not removed and I realized that I can get some pre-cum and was surprised. I asked my uro about it. His answer was a bit more technical than this, but the gist is that pre-cum is generated not only by the Cowper glands, but also in other places along the way to the penis. So if you are getting a little pre-cum it is probably generated somewhere along the way out. If you are interested you can check out some diagrams and videos on the male apparatus.
