Having done lots of answering on this subject, depending how long it took to get ED from porn will decide how long it takes to recover, one guy I'm working with now, after 10 years of doing porn for a minimum of and hour a day and more on some days, and masturbating to it he is looking at a 2 1/2 years to recover no drugs, no masturbating till things come back to normal, what porn does is to shut down your sexual receptors and its this that stops guys getting erections or as we know it ED, its just a case of waiting for your receptors to switch back on.

My surgeon is on that video!! I watched it once and don't remember what it said, though.

For me, porn did not cause my ED. That was a result of declining circulation, at one point antidepressants, and eventually high blood pressure/high blood pressure meds.

However, I don't believe I was addicted to porn. I never watched it for an hour at a time. I used it for mental stimulation for masturbation and when I was done, I was done. I didn't repeat the act multiple times or even twice in one day. I didn't watch it all day.

Evidently, it can cause ED and I would guess (I'm no authority) that the ED would be psychological in that event.

Probably someone theory or they did a small study.
Probably done wrong. Even extensive studies have gotten proven wrong.

When you get a chance have read down the ED forum on www.pegym.com, your see quite a few guys who have had porn induced ED and if you read some of the guys who are answering have had porn induced ED and never recovered from it.

If you have watched porn and had no problems your lucky but just how much was you watching, some guys watch it all night, and Masturbating with the grip of steel/death grip and not just once but many times a night, now can you see where it all comes from James.
