knotreel, My AMS700clx pump rests comfortably at the botton of my scrotum, similar to the picture you posted. There is plenty of room, it is quite visitble under the thin scrotal skin, but is never in the way or uncomfortable. One of our adjustmentrs is, of course, to get used to this new occupant in the scrotum. Best wishes to you. Hankthedog

even though I don't have an implant, i really like pouch underwear...number one, you can pee a lot easier...get it out quicker than normal underwear. I like the Munsingwear Pouch the best. Just wanted to add my two cents
Age 63 married 41 years...2 kids and 2 grandkids. Had robotic RP in Apr 2008. Negative PSA since then. Suffered ED initially from Type II diabetes and then the RP. Had AMS700 LGX implant on 7 Nov 11.
