I'm looking forward to activation and hoping the internal sensitivity is gone by then. I'm sure there will be pain with the activation but hopefully not too terrible. There's a big difference in my flaccid and erect size, so I know there will be some stretching. Though, when I think about it I know I stretched when erect prior to surgery, so maybe it won't be terrible after all. Dr. Kramer was intentional in getting me all the length possible. He used the very longest cylinders and went significantly into the glans.

We'll see what happens. I don't expect to use it much prior to 8 weeks. We'll see what Dr. Knoll says.

Hang in there Baptist buddy. If you'd like to exchange email addresses for talking shop or otherwise, send me a private message here on Franktalk. I have time on my hands.

November 4, Day 23. I am still sore, but it is quite tolerable I am hoping the soreness is all gone by activation day on November 14.

After my surgery, I was left at 20% inflation, but it seems it may have been deflating very slowly over the course of these three weeks. There has always been a big difference in my flaccid state and erect state.

I am anticipating some pretty good soreness or pain at activation because there will be a lot of stretching to be done if we inflate to 100%. I will discuss this with the doctor to see if he wants to go up to 100% or not. He may just train me in the procedure and tell me to gradually increase the percentage of inflation.

As much as I'd like to be ready to rock and roll, I have always felt it best to follow doctor's orders. Through two hemorrhoid surgeries and a vocal implant surgery, I followed orders and things worked out really well. I didn't rush.

I'll keep you all posted on how my soreness progress, but at this stage, it is greatly reduced and is very tolerable without medication. It's almost more of an annoyance than anything else.

Stay hard, my brothers!

Will do Lenny 1965. I am curious, have you decided with your doctor in advance which model of the AMS you will use? I was concerned to keep all the length I could because I'm not very well endowed. We chose the AMX LGX because it is the only one that expands both in girth and in length.

Well good morning gentlemen on day 25. It's Saturday morning at 6:36 A.M. Most people are asleep. I'm online typing about penises!! Kinda funny when you think about it.

My soreness seems to be a little less each day. I'm experiencing a little itching which I take as a positive sign. I think itching at the site of a wound or surgery indicates healing.

My pump MIGHT be a little lower. I pull down daily twice a day for 15 or so seconds. It now rests slightly above my balls and I can get my fingers to all parts of it including the inflate valve. It is a little to the left and my surgeon says that is absolutely no big deal. Very normal.

I think my flaccid state may have shrunk a bit. At surgery, I was left at 20% inflation and it seems I was a tiny bit bigger then, so some swelling is shrinking or the cylinders are emptying a little.

When I touch the penis, it feels very hard, not at all soft like it did pre-surgery. And when I say "hard" I am referring to it in its current non-inflated or minimally inflated state. Can't imagine how it will feel when I inflate it. I will probably be able to play baseball with it. I got an AMS LGX. Can't imagine how hard it would be if I'd gotten a Coloplast Titan.

You brothers have a great weekend. Use your bionic toys if at all possible. :)

Gentlemen,

It's day 26. My soreness is mild and I'm a week away from activation with Dr. Knoll in Nashville. I started this post op at 20% inflation and it is going down a bit smaller as time passes. I'm looking more like I used to be flaccid, but not quite so extreme because the cylinders are there. At least I'm a bit of a shower now. My scar is still a little tender but everything inside seems to be getting adjusted better. The doctor says to not inflate now, but wait a week for the official 4-week inflation. No danger of scarring. Here's what we have today. It's morning and things are chilly and shriveled. After I warm up that scrotum will hang.

Lenny,
Don't sweat over CX or LGX. :? The Dr. usually finally decides during the surgery which one will work best for you. I had a CX because the Dr. decided I was of adequate size, healthy and no conditions (curvature, atrophy, excessive scarring, or physical damage). There are many reasons a Dr. would install an LGX. Praying everything goes well. :) ,
