Tried Bimix for the 1st time-sex worked

My wife injected me for our 1st home experience with Bimix. I'm right handed and I wanted her to shoot me on the left sign and I want her to learn to do it. Next time I'll inject myself. It was the first REAL sex we've had since my RP in June 2016. It was great. It took a few hours for the penis to totally deflate but it deflated in a consistent manner. The erection was about 90%. It was difficult to orgasm with intercourse so my wife finished me off with her hands.

Question: will taking Cialis at the same time I inject help the glans inflate? A bigger glans would have helped me to orgasm during intercourse.

I inject Quadmix and my Glans gets proportionately huge along with my shaft.

Now that is something that you don't read very often. ''my wife injected me'' glad that your experience was positive, but I wouldn't mix cialis with it. Some people do, but it varies with their degree of ed, and physical condition. Search along in the forum. There are some posts about it.

Ok to use Cialis with trimix. I use daily 5mg for prostate (RX approved). Could enhance trimix, certainly can't hurt.
As far as glans enhancement>>> Use a cock ring (adjustable) right after injecting and leave it on for 30-60 min during sex.
Works for me.

Have not tried any trimix since early summer as it did not seem to work well. I got about a 60 to 75 percent stiffness, but was not hard enough for penetration. Had to use my pump. I ordered a 5 ml bottle a couple of days ago, and received it yesterday. The formula is 30-2-40. When I tried it back in May and June, I started out with about 2 units (.2 of one ml), and gradually worked up to about 6.5 units before the bottle was used up.

I plan to start out with about 6 to 6.5 units (maybe Sunday). I was reading on a website that it mentioned to use the base of my penis (5.5 to 6 inches) as the injection site. I have previously always used the site about midway towards the end. I have always injected between 10 and 2 (on the top of penis) as the doctor had told me.

Would you all please give me your suggestions about the injection site that works best for you, and let me know what you feel about injecting at the base. I have used the Encore pump for many years, but now it seems that I have to pump so much to get it to remain stiff that I lose feeling in the end, and I can't seem to orgasm.

Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. I have enlarged prostate, and was told 10 years ago that I had Pyronies, but they never could find any plaque in my penis. It does curve to one side a little when erect. I take injections (.75 ml of 200 mg/ml testosterone) every week. Was taking 1 ml every two weeks, but 6 months ago, urologist increased the dosage. He never would check me for venous leak, as he said if we found out that was the problem, nothing could be done about it.

I don't inject near the base since I can't see the veins there. I inject about midway and it seems to work well.
It sounds like you have the same experiences I have with the T, prostate, etc.
It does sound like you aren't injecting much (not T).
I inject 18 units now of a stronger formula.
I think if you work up, you'll get to 100% or close to it.

I had RPP in Dec 1, 2014. Subsequently I've had a remarkable recovery. I truly believe the reason my recovery has been good is the rehab regime. I take 10mg of Indian origin Cialis daily. I also injected Trimix 3-4 times a week beginning 2 months after my surgery even though I didn't have sex 1/2 the time. I believe that the frequent tri-mix injections kept the endothelium of my penis oxygenated and healthy while my nerves healed. I now have nocturnal erections spontaneously every night (5 AM to be precise). I continue to take the 10mg Cialis and use Trimix for sex 80-90% of the time. From my experience I believe you should inject early and often to keep your penis healthy. Read Dr. John Mulhall's book Saving Your Sex Life A Guide for Men with Prostate Cancer. It explains why I've done what I've done.
