I am a new member. I had a Titan implant 22cc 10 weeks ago. When I pump to full erection I have burning pain. Also, having a tough time bringing it down. Do I have to really squeeze hard on the valves.
Also, it really isn't as soft as before semi erect.

Any advice is appreciated.

Thanks

Welcome to FrankTalk! Your experience with the Titan is not unusual. Pain when pumping to 100% only 8 weeks after surgery is not surprising. Also, deflating the implant can be difficult. I've had mine since 2008, and while the pump quickly became easier to operate, deflation remains as difficult as it ever was. You can't achieve total deflation with the Titan - some fluid always remains in the cylinders, or migrates there, no matter how thoroughly you are able to deflate. You get used to it.

I'm new and have quite a story to tell on a botched implant Yugo from Vanderbilt and a revision from Baltimore that's a Ferrari... Where is the best place to tell my story?

The Implants forum is the place for your story.

Greetings and thank you all for sharing knowledge and experience. I am 68 and had good
results with Cialis until 4 years ago. Still have nocturnal errections but not useful.
Go to urologist tomorrow to try Trimix. My wife wishes me luck.
