There is a product, little advertised, but with real science behind it called Sensum.

Google it.

The cinnamon oil extract causes a biochemical reaction in superficial nerve cells increasing their sensitivity.

I have tried this. It genuinely works. Wouldn't bullshit members of the bionic brotherhood.

Merry Christmas.

But that's just the physical behavior. What you have is an arousal/stimulation issue. Stop the monitoring. So,you don't orgasm today...who cares? Sex is not about orgasm. You'll reach it in a day or two as it builds. meanwhile, enjoy the sexual energy it gives you.

What drugs are you on? what meds? what has changed? Go to a GOOD men's sex med doc. He might try Wellbutrin to help initially - it lowers orgasm threshold.

Increase stimulation with an Aneros, with a WeVibe vibrator. blow your mind with new sensations. If it's not working, why are you trying the same old thing?

This is both a complex issue, yet a really easy issue. Get out of your brain and into your sex life.

Wow welbutrin has did nothing but hurt my ED..im flaccid all the time now and almost totally void of feeling much less orgasm..it supposedly helps sex drive but I notice nothing in that area..

Hello,
Great suggestions, Paul ! My penis is normally sensitive after I inject at the start of foreplay/masturbation. with a partner or solo. Then for no obvious reason I just loose sensitivity and when I do often have a hard time reaching orgasm, if I have one at all. My uro has told me that it is "all in my head" and that I need to stop thinking/worrying about it. Easy for him to say!

So is masturbating helpful or harmful in a case like this, which started to happen not long (maybe 3 months) after I started injections (alprostadil) ? you suggest those with this situation stop it . But completely? isn't masturbating a way to get in touch (so to speak) with one's body/penis/all-over sensations? and doesn't it keep the juices flowing? lately I am more apt to cum quite easily, slowly without having ro "work at it" when I am solo. My wife is very sexy and I love having sex with her too.

Recently we have started to do what you suggest and just not worry about if I am going to cum or not. Just enjoy the great feelings of sex. And stop when we feel like it not only after we've tried hard to get me off. Yesterday we had sex 6 times over a 3 hour span, taking breaks after her orgasms, then starting back up with the same erection I started with! we role played her fucking 6 different men (all played by me with the indistructable erection) and it turned both of us on. Hope that being playful like that helps too. Thoughts? I do miss ejaculating when I don't, but love sex regardless.
Joe from Boston area. wish I could be there in May.
Injections for 5 years PGE-1 (Alprostadil) 40 mcg /ml. Trying Tri Mix (20-2-30 . Hope is shift in meds will restore some sensitiviy. Enjoy sharing openly withother "EDguys". Love the site, informative and entertaining too!

They used to say masturbating caused blindness, but at 67 my vision is still correctable.
