The problem with Yohimbine HCL is the side effects. If you want to use this to restore orgasms, research the side effects online. The two most troubling side effects for me are anxiety and raised blood pressure. I didn't have the problems with the side effects when I took it as a prescription 3x a day at a dosage of 5.5. I think the body adjusted and I was younger without blood pressure issues.

Now, rather than daily I take it as needed about 45 minutes to an hour before intercourse or masturbation. I have gone to cutting a 250 mg capsule in half and that is all I need plus it reduces the side effects to a much better level. I also will take a Cialis because it lowers blood pressure and helps counteract the BP raising qualities of the Yohimbine. My doctor also told me I could double my BP med before I take it.

It really does work well and has been a lifesaver for me.

Unlike many men who get implants, I have found that my implant has actually increased my sensitivity and I am now able to masturbate without the Yohimbine and I achieve a good orgasm. I was shocked the first time this happened. However, I still need the very small amount of Yohimbine to push me over the edge during intercourse.

Hopefully, this is helpful to many of you guys. I notice this is an old thread, but hopefully, many of your are still reading it. Again, make sure to study the side effects of Yohimbine before using it. Take as little as you can and still be effective. There are those who consider this drug unsafe and some websites state it is potentially unsafe. But, my primary care physician and urologist both give me permission to use it and my primary care physician said it was even ok to allow my blood pressure to rise for several hours as long as it didn't really go much over 160 for the top number. With Cialis and 1/2 capsule it doesn't go that high.

Ive been on trt for years now with great success except I often don’t have enough sensitivity in my penis to come during
