Hi Charlie, It helps hold extra blood in your penis which gives you better erections, got mine when I had ED and was fighting my way back to full erections, but the tractor ring helps guys with implants as when you put one on a ring without an implant you start but putting your balls through first followed by your penis which needs to be bent, so with an implant you can do that, so you need a tractor ring.
