Price Of Trimix, where do you buy?

I'm in a similar situation here on LI in NY with a Doc who only will prescribe the Trimix if he supplies it..way over priced, but for the past few years he's been the only"show" in town with Trimix..I've been to other UROs for second opinions and each one said "You don't want that"...I don't?
If anybody on this forum is from LI NY, and knows of a good URO who's not "gun shy" with Trimix..please let me know. Thanks

I sure can't speak about other Doctors--but my regular primary Doc. prescribes my Trimix--I have never been to a Uro.
I'm sure everyone's mileage will vary!
I use Talon compounding in S A, Tex.--I pay 99.00 delivered for (2) 5mil vials=10mil---Bimix was just slightly cheaper. I get a pretty strong dose---30/2/120 (21 units) ( I did not start that high, but over a few yrs, of trial, that is where I'm at now) also I get syringes, and alcohol wipes at wally world-cheap!--if doing small amount of units get 1/2 cc, or if doing more get the 1 cc.
They, Talon) are VERY easy to work with, and can transfer your script--like that!! QUICK!!
They do not ship to all states, but ship to quite a few.

Last I checked Talon did not deliver to VA.
I am going to check again. Where you able to call Talon and then they called your dr to transfer your script?
Is that the way it worked?

I submitted my tri-mix prescription to Wedgewood for a price quote and they responded that they were unable to compound it. I was kind of disappointed - I didn't think there was anything exotic about it. 18 papaverine-0.6 phentolamine-40 Alprostadil

I got mine from compounding pharmacy in St. Louis, Medical Arts Clayton Pharmacy. Phone # 314-862-0333. About $100 for 1000 units. It's called Trimix Washu because it was prescribed by a urologic surgeon at BJH, Dr. Gerald Andriole. I suppose any BJH urologist would prescribe the same.

First time user. I was curious if any members in California have an affordable compounding pharmacy that charges less than $200 for 10mL of trimix. For the past 8 years, I have gotten my trimix (30mg papaverine-1mg phentolamine-20mcg prostaglandin) from Leiter's Compounding in San Jose. It had been $90 for 10mL and between $30-40 for overnight shipping (last purchased in 2015). But the pharmacy is having issues with storage and say they can't make more for months. They also said their prices are doubling. My doctor (Dr. Tom Lue, UCSF) referred me to Rancho Park Compounding in LA and they quoted me $195 for 10 mL. It's also the best price that I've found after calling a dozen compounding pharmacies, so maybe this is the new norm. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm all ears!

Try Talon in San Antonio. Their price for 10 ml delivered to Oregon is $99, refrigerated shipping included.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried Talon, but they won't ship to CA. Anazao will ship for $105, but they don't have my prescription strength. Really appreciate it though!
