I guess that I doubt your getting the dilator into your prostate. Twenty five cm is 10 inches which is a little bit longer than most penises.
A catheter for men is 16 inches long, and is inserted about 14 inches before any urine is produced. Since the normal prostate is the size of a walnut, and is up close to the bladder, there has to be some of the urethera (sp) between the end of the penis and the prostate.
