I used to buy it from Northwest Pharmacy in Canada.

I used to fax in my 'script to them, although you can probably email it now.
RP in 2012 because of prostate cancer. 100% ED, also some leakage problems.

Yes, a prescription is needed for Cialis.

I have purchased Tadalafil from alldAychemist.com in India without a prescription. I have also purchased liquid Cialis from Iron Dragon (intended for research projects) in the US.

I also get my Cialis from alldaychemist. I split 20mg in half and take daily primarily for enlarged prostate symptoms, but can't *hurt* as adjunct to timix ;)

Has anybody tried to purchase Vitaros from Canada. It is a cream you rub on for ED. Just wondering if anybody has and does it work at all for Prostate cancer victims

If you live in the U.S. you need a 'script from an American doctor, unless someone is selling something phony. Or they're taking a huge risk.
