Why should Medicare pay twice as much for VEDs that anybody can purchase retail for half the price? Likewise for prescription drugs. I loathe Trump and everything he stands for, but I (reluctantly) agree with his stand that we must negotiate better prescription deals.

Medicare no longer covers VES. I always wondered why the medically approved system ($400) looked identical to the ones available without requiring a prescription ($130)

It would not have taken much investigating to figure out that Medicare was being ripped off and brought the price down to $130. If Medicare can cover a knee brace which allows you to walk better. No reason it should not cover a VES which allows you enjoy intercourse.
