The website is kind of sketchy as to exactly how the "ratchet" works. I use a simple, 2" metal cock and ball ring, but this setup does intrigue me.

I have never used one; however, I have read several positive reports on the original Hardwear product. I assume the ratchet is an improvement on the original.

I have used mine for a few days. With Tri-mix and some experimenting they gave me an erection that really lasts. They are not very comfortable but other models maybe better. This model is dated.

The Hardwear Industrial Horseshoe Cockring is much more comfortable. It performed for me better than any mechanical device I have tried.
