LGX questions

Postby rlm1818 » Thu Sep 22, 2011 10:24 am

I have read the AMS LGX allows length expansion of 10-20%. Average around 18%. My question is percent of what? Percent of the length of the installed implant? Or percent of the length of the visible erection?

Also, is there any generally useful correlation between the length of the implant, and length of the visible erection? For example, I recently saw a post from someone with a 21cm implant (just over 8 inches if I'm not mistaken). He was looking at a visible erection length, I think, of under 5 inches. I gather a significant part of the implant is "hidden", as would also be true of a natural erection. And, part of the issue is also whether someone is overweight, since a fat layer will also hide some of the erection. Is the hidden portion of the implant (excluding the fat layer) pretty standard, or does if vary quite a bit person to person?

You bring up a good question, I am just going to say what I think it is. I think the 18% expansion lenght wise would be something like starting from the visable lenght of the first few times you inflated it then over time, something like six months, the implant will grow as you strecth up the the 18% figure.
About the sizing, I am certainly no expert but again the the installed lenght not counting the rear extenders should in the ball park of your visible lenght. The rear extenders would mostly ,or more likely, be completely hidden and not add lenght but would keep the implant from sinking back into your body.
I never bothered to ask what lenght as the lenght dicussion took about 10 seconds, he grabbed the tip of my penis and pulled it out hard and said this will be your lenght, that is all that is there, all you have and we can't change that. I was offered a larger girth to step up a size or two from my old natural girth, I declined and ended up about the same grith wise and I used to be. What ever size I got, was in my estimation perfect, if I inflate then inflate once or twice more then it still feels like it is streching and hurts a little, this is after 8 months. I like my lgx but i think I could be happy with a titan as well just maybe a bit happier with the lgx. I was very happy at first with the small flacid size the the fact that it hung alnost naturally as opposed to the titan which stays big and is stiffer. However, now I don't bother to squeeze the fluid completely out for that smaller look, I guess I just got used to being a little bigger.
Anyway I hope this gives you some idea of what to expect, and don't worry about the size, if your doctor is competent it will turn out great.
