Better off with quadmix?
Better off with quadmix?
Ok, now that I know I have a venous leak, surprise surprise. This is why the trimix became more and more less effective. This new Uro did a doppler test to confirm this. She said to just use a band with the injection. She prescribed a lesser strength trimix which I could pick up today. But my old uro prescribed a rocket fuel quadmix 120/30/3/.3 which I could get overnighted from a florida. Of course the quadmix is twice the cost of the trimix which I can get locally. My question is do you think that the quadmix would work better being I have the leak? I'm thinking to hold off on the trimix, and just get the quadmix. Who knows, I might not need a constriction ring with the quadmix. I do have a pretty significant leak.

Re: Better off with quadmix?
well too me I would try the quad before I switch. May I ask how much the Florida compounding will cost?? I am looking to change since my local just cost me last week $190, almost exact formula you have.

The quadmix cost $120, but the overnight shipping cost is an additional $30. I think this is for a 5ml vial.
The trimix is a very mild 10/30/.5 mix and is $65.
Could get the trimix today, while I can't get the quadmix until next Tuesday. But I was thinking the same as you.
Oh well, guess I won't be fucking tonight.

If you have a significant leak...a ring is the only thing that will help. It's like having a bathtub with no *plug* to hold back the water. I use an adjustable ring with no leak and it really helps firm things up. Quadmix won't help. Just my take.
Re: Better off with quadmix?
I just decided to give quad mix a try. The pharmacy is just a mile from home so no shipping is involved.
I did get mild sticker shock when the price was $230 for a 10ml vial.
I'll have to see how many shots I can get from that to see if it's cost effective.
I was using more and more tri-mix with diminishing results.

so the ring you use do you just put it around penis or around balls also. I usually do latter.

I just got a medical grade adjustable one. I tried it out without injecting, because I won't get my quadmix until Tuesday. The one thing I didn't like is it pinched me when I pulled it tight. I also ordered this one which is similar to the medical grade one,

Thanks for the feedback. I think my leak is significant. So the ring stops the leak then. Can I put it on like 5/10 mins after injecting? My guess is it should be fine, because the doctor said the bllod flow in was above average.
