You'll wake up about 40% inflated. You'll be bandaged and wearing a jock. For me, the bandages came off the day after surgery leaving my stiffy tucked under the jock.

As long as you wear loose fitting clothes no one will notice. Get some loose fitting shorts or sweat pants. Oh, and some boxer briefs to wear under the jock.

These are just things I did but adjust it to fit your style.

Surprising how you can get used to it being erect all the time until you get the go ahead to deflate. There was a study posted here recently that stated the importance of keeping in inflated to prevent size loss from healing scar tissue. It made complete sense. Cheers bud. Cannot wait to hear you have it done. If it were not for schedules, I would stop to say hi but you leave on Saturday and I arrive on the following Monday. Believe it or not the hard part is getting to the point you are scheduled. Nothing to do now but travel, relax, heal, then use it. You are doing good. Frog is going to turn into a prince. Hi Richard - No surgery is ever fun and games, this said I'm confident you will come out the other side happy with your implant.

It will be a lot smoother than you think buddy. Don't stress. By day 2-3 you will start getting more sore and might piss you off but it starts getting better petty quick. By a week to 10 days the only thing you will think about is how much longer do I have to wait to try it out. DON'T STRESS. I have had many surgeries. It really is an easy one. Kind of like getting your dick caught in a zipper but sore a few days longer. Zippers don't make you dick longer though. Let us know when you are in your room. Cheers.
