Hey Guys,
I'm a 52 year old single guy with post rectal cancer, colostomy bag, severe ED, 15" scar on the stomach, no belly button and no butt hole. Thank God I'm alive, happy and "healthy".
My ED started before the cancer but the radiation, chemo and surgery made it severe. For many years 20mg Levitra did the job but by now it's not working that well even with 10 daily Cialis. The funny thing is that I have regular rock hard morning erection, but none with women without meds.
I'm very active in the dating scene and this is getting frustrating. The other day in Vegas I picked up a sexy 22 year old girl, but I was completely unprepared for the quick sex: I had my colostomy bag on instead of the patch, I didn't have time to take the Levitra so I gave up on the intercourse. The only thing I could do is oral for her and finger penetration. Sad!!!
So I made an appointment with a urologist and seriously considering injections. I read a lot of good info here, for which I'm extremely thankful to you.
I keep you posted.

Re: Single with ED in 2017
Wow! That was something totally unexpected to read... And I thought I had it bad. Have you considered the other therapies for Ed? What do you think of them?
Re: Single with ED in 2017
Before I go for the injections I will try the brand Levitra because I don't trust the generic ones even though they used to work for me pretty good.
At the same time after like 40mg of Levitra I was able to get myself hard enough (nothing from oral from her) to penetrate her, I got very hard and was able to have intercourse for like 30 minutes even in positions I could do before. It was very satisfactory actually. I'm seeing the urologist tomorrow and come up with something.

Hi Newtoed,
Sorry to hear about all you problems. I can only give my perspective and that's of a man of 42 with a congenital venous leak. I have never had morning erections but with 20mg Cilais or 100mg Viagra could until recently get decent erections for penetration.
This suggests and many doctors would say the same that if you get strong morning erections but not for sex then it could be psychological, failing this have you had your T levels checked as the treatment you have had for your cancer may have depleted things. Worth a check.
Gollam
42 years old, Venous leak all my life. Pills worked but not so much then I foolishly did Scerothreapy (See young guys thread). Now totally impotent and just want an implant to stop me from completely crazy.
Re: Single with ED in 2017
You are right, there is definitely some pcycological component to it because the cancer treatment and the colostomy bag completely destroyed my self esteem. Shortly after my treatment my wife left me which did not help and created a major trust issue with women.
