Had an appointment with the urologist this morning. First he suggested to take daily meds and I told him that's not working for me and I'm ready for injections. He was recommended to me by a local compound pharmacy. He agreed to try a low dose of Trimix. Gave me 25 units with very little discomfort and in 10 minutes I had the hardest boner I've had in years. Everybody was happy, but me the most. The nurse told me to masturbate if I want. Nice, I just wished she stayed, but we kept it professional lol. I came like a train after like 5 minutes and that was very satisfactory. I got some Sudafed and a ice pack. I paid $60 for the injection and $70 copay. What do you expect for a $600/month insurance. But seriously I'm happy. They called in the Trimix and I have been walking around waiting for it with a major Binet for 2 hours now. I took 30mg more Sudafed and if it's not going down by noon (3.5 hours) I'm going back fir an antidote shot. The erection is a little uncomfortable but feels great. I'm smiling like a well fed preschooler.
So to anyone of you who has been messing around with meds and supplements unsatisfactorally, I can highly recommend the injection route. I can't wait to try it this Friday for real but I will only use like 15 units, because 25 semmi a little much. I'll keep you posted!

Re: Trimix First Time. Wow!
Great report! Keep us posted.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
Re: Trimix First Time. Wow!
I had a similar experience. My uro gave me 6 units and boing that was after 7 years of limp because of a redical prostatectomy.
It sure was a great feeling, but then I got my bill $471 for the shot and $184 for the patient room for 15 minutes. And I pay $922 for my insurance per month.

UPDATE!
After 4 hours I went back to the clinic and they ended up drawing some blood from my penis and injected an antidote. Didn't hurt at all and I'm back to normal. I'll get 10ml Trimix from my local pharmacy for $199 and since I might only have to use a little over .1ml it comes out to be $3 a shot including syringes. Much better than the $50 Levitra pill I was quoted.
Guys! Thanks for all the great info and support and wish you all the best. I'll post when I have anything useful to share.

Lol....can't help but smile newtoad when I read this post. It is the greatest feeling the first time you are injected to have a raging hard again. I had a very similar experience the first time, just didn't have the extended erection like you did.
They did offer to "kill" it but I wanted to take it home to show the wife....ha. I have taken the Sudafed at times when we had a morning sex time but most times I just let it wear itself out. You will probably find that you will want to cut the dose back from the recommended one from the Uro. Mine recommended 30 units and I cut it to 20 with a hard that worried me a little so next time I used 15 units and now using 10 to 12 depending on how long I want to deal with a hard.
The idea is to use as low dose as possible to get the desired results. It does take some experimenting to get it right. Trimix is great stuff so keep us posted on your progress.
