Depends on what you wear.

Agreed. Was less obvious the longer I had the implant. I tend to wear baggier clothes due to my junk anyway.

Same here. No change in underwear, or pants, or swim suit, or "bulge."

I love showing and the women now look. Men look at their breast so they can look at the guys with an implant and enjoy the site. Let our cocks show.
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

I had to change my type of underwear to what is known as "enhancing underwear." They have a special place for your genitals and it is extremely comfortable. Everything else caused pain. With those underwear I can even wear tight jeans and it's comfortable. (I'll wear a long shirt or something if I don't want to show.)

I have not had to change the kind of clothes I wear at all after getting my implant.

I often buy there underwear , skirts, t shirts , they looks very beautiful. Buying from this site I saved a lot of money . Compared to another shops the prices are very cheap .Recommend to everyone !

Hello Buvshaia,
You wrote that you often buy underwear at https://www.lilylulufashion.com/faux-fur-coats. That link actually shows women in fur coats. I searched that entire site for "underwear" and got this message:
"0 product(s) matching "underwear" were found".
How did you "you often buy underwear" from a site which has no underwear?

I can wear any clothes but find I can only wear traditional briefs with shaft pointed downward. It sticks out too far with boxers or boxer briefs (unless compression shorts). Have to be careful when wearing a bathing suit with traditional thin liner.

Mine is never hanging like flaccid used to be.
Always at 45 degrees which I hate. Always sticking out regardless what I wear. I don’t expect it to improve because I am already 9 months post implant.

I'm with Dirtman. I actually pump it up a little so you can definitely see what I got going on down there. I have fun with it. It is amazing how many women actually do a doubletake.
Suffered with ED for most of my life. Viagra then to Trimix then implanted 3/8/2018 with AMX 700 CX 21cm with 1cm RTE. 50 years old Urolift procedure performed 30 day prior to my implant surgery.
