How long do you stay erect?

I have posted earlier about erratic results. My Rx is 30/2/10. Started with 15 units and keep getting longer and longer lasting erections, so tried going lower dosage. got down to 11 units last Summer. Now back up to 19 units. This gives me rock hard one for about 30-45 minutes and gradually goes to normal in about 3-4 hours.
How many members have erections lasting that long on regular basis?

Mine last 5 hrs on average...sometimes 6. I can't get 100% and have it last less than 4.5 to 5 hrs. No pain.

Erection: 5-6 hour with slight discomfort

Will reduce doze to 2-3 units and hoping to maintain 2 hour erections.
Next time I'll ask for less potent formula.

30/1/25 formula, 10 units gives me 2 to 3 hour erection.

10 PGE/1/30 ...15 units...5 hrs. The erection fluctuates from semi to hard after the first hr, but doesn't go down until 5 plus hrs. No pain.

Seems like an erection of 3 to 5 hours with trimix is common. My experience is similar to rahod1 second post. After sex it starts to go soft but then comes back up and fluctuates between semi-hard and hard for 3 or 4 hours. (A true priapism never goes down.) My first try of trimix resulted in 6 hour boner and the humiliation of going to ER, so I am concerned when it does not go down after 4 hours. I guess I should stop worrying and enjoy.

I would say that it's a stretch to say that 3 to 5-hour erections are common. There isn't a big enough sample size here to make that determination. There are probably just as many other guys who last 60-90 minutes. For purposes of avoiding priapism, as you mentioned, the key is avoiding a consistently rock-hard boner past the 4-hour mark. In my opinion, and I am not a doctor, the clock stops when when we become semi-hard or soft.

In my humble opinion....there is no need to go to ER >>>>>EVER<<<<.... for those taking Trimix. Priapism is defined (by Drug Co) as an erection lasting MORE than 6 hrs. Less than this is defined as a *Prolonged Erection*. The 4 Hr *line in the sand* is an ARBITRARY threshold that insures no complications if ER treatment is sought at that point in time. This implies ADDITIONAL TIME for initiation of actual treatment within 2 hrs time ( 6 hr total). Medical strategy is to resolve Priapism within TWO HOURS>>>>>so you now have 8 hrs to resolution for prevention of potential damage. I don't think anyone here on the forum has experienced an 8 hr erection, but please chime in if you have. Keep in mind, Priapism does NOT mean fluctuation between 70% (bendable) and 100% (rock hard).

FOOTNOTE>>>> I cannot find evidence ANYWHERE in medical literature that confirms permanent damage with erections lasting less than 12 hrs.
