Another trick besides the hot baths is filling a sock with dry rice or beans. Microwave it until it's warm. Be careful that it's not too hot. Put it over your penis before and during pumping. Will help with pain. Also, play with your penis a bit while pumping. That helps too.

I can stretch to almost a 5.25" bone pressed erection right now.

Only problem is that I can't get all of that in because of my pump. I could only get less than 4" in before it hits my pump.

How were your size in stretched flaccid?
Maybe what is missing is because you are not aroused and the glans isnt enlarged?

By the way in your first photo before the implant it seems bigger than 5 inches, are you sure your size was 13 cm?

I see.... I do highly recommend the hot baths 2x a day 20 mins each. Will help a lot for things to settle down there.

It was 5.25" like I said. I can almost get that bone pressed right now.

Also, I don't think I've been able to pump all the way up and if I had sex right now, I could only get 3.5" in due to the position of the pump.

Im not sure but maybe Are you measuring from far ahead in the second picture with the implant?
It should be from the pubic bone but not pressed

Second pic is how much would go inside someone. It's probably an exaggeration.
