Diabetic Nerve Damage?

My doctor has told me my ED is caused by nerve damage but I think he is not for sure. No tests or x-rays. I get some what hard and feel like I'm coming but no sprem. Thanks for the help.

It's rarely easy to be sure of the cause of any specific case - there can be many causes, or combination of causes. For the best diagnosis consult a specialist in men's sexual health. Diabetes is a common suspect, but not necessarily the only suspect.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.
