How have they reacted? Were these girls longer term or casual?
38 Years Old. HF symptoms since age 23 (tight pelvic floor).
Tried pills, sclerotherapy.
At about 40% function currently but reluctant to wait much longer for an implant.

Both. I've had several partners. Most love the implant. Most women don't even know implants exist.

Ehh I'd be very careful which women i told about ED..i Can imagine some women could turn it against you and if your relationship turned sour, then they could tell the world about your problem..that's not something you really want so..

my ED is caused by some strange psychological issues so technically in the right situation(right woman, setting, role play) I can perform with minimal problems as long as I include cialis lol..sadly it's stopped working as well..

I told her because the situation was destroying me psychologically (she thought that my problem was because i was nervous but i knew not)
Told her my problem was very embarrassing for me.
I havent told my problem to anyone else
And ill say more, this shit, at least in my case, distances you from your people, and changes you

Interesting so ED didn't bother your gf?most women I have went out with want sex on a pretty regular basis..honestly, I want good sex if im going to be in a relationship lol..I can't imagine too many women (unless they have sexual issues or are asexual) would be fine with ED..

This quote applies to almost everybody here.

This applies to me without a doubt..when I started having ED I was terrified as I didnt know what to do..I was too embarrassed to talk to a doctor about it so I tried to self treat it with exercise, clean diet and cialis!that worked for a few years but now it's time for the next step..

Another thing is treatment isn't cheap..

This. Specially in a small community even if you are a foreigner living abroad. I'd say, first address your issues, and then proceed with trying to have a relationship. Unless you find someone who is supportive and you have a strong conviction she won't run her mouth. Other than that, you are gambling a lot.

I agree and as bad as it sounds, I wouldn't cop to having ED even if it happens a few times..obviously you don't want to blame the woman but don't put entire blame on your ED, I know I wont..I really caution younger guys to not jump too quickly in telling their gfs..like you mentioned, only after you find she is a good supportive girl..you do not want to tell "Jane toxic chick" from the bar about your ED on the second date ...big mistake

It's not always so black and white for some guys..my ED is biological and mental..I've made no progress in the mental side ...
