Trimix - Hyper responder and priapism at very low doses

Postby Riverside » Tue Mar 28, 2017 9:12 pm

Hi All - I have used Trimix roughly 8 times with varied results. All attempts have been under 10 units (8 units or ticks on a .30 insulin syringe with a 30 gauge needle was the most). I have had 4 priapism events and my first was the 8 unit attempt which landed me in ER. The urologist wasn't concerned as my penis didn't hurt and eventually injected Phenylephrine a few times at around the 9 hour mark which knocked down my erection. I have since had 3 other priapism episodes at 5, 4 and 3 units. All resulting in erections over 7 hours. I have had a few attempts at 3 and 5 units that actually worked great and only lasted 2-3 hours but other attempts at 2, 3 and 4 units have resulted in absolutely nothing which doesn't make sense.

My Trimix strength is - Papaverine 30mg/mL, Phentolamine Mesylate 1mg/mL, Prostaglandin E1 10mcg/mL

I have tried many things to get rid of the erection: 120 mg of real sudafed, running, stairs, squats, cold showers/ice..etc. Nothing really works. I am now scared to try again but am going to get injectable Phenylephrine to have on hand. Does anyone know if I can inject this using my same insulin syringe?

I have a prescription for Bimix now to see if we can isolate what is causing this reaction at such low doses. I would like to try Alprostadil alone to see if that would work but my compounding pharmacy doesn't carry it. Anyone else out there experience anything like this? It doesn't make sense that 3 units would give me priapism for 7 hours but 2 units gives me absolutely nothing.

Some things about me:

36 years old
Started TRT last year from extremely low Testosterone levels and am still trying to dial in for libido
My ED seems to be directly related to my low libido which has not gotten better from TRT. I think this is why ED pills do not work for me.

Bimix will be less potent, so try that. Alprostadil alone in lower doses may also work, but it's more expensive.

Dear Friend,
I have been going threw similar situation. Tried 8-10 units and got 5-6 rock hard etection with quiet a discomfort and with 60mg Sudafed it went down eventually. But as soon as I try to lower the dose I get no response. I'm considering going with either lower potency Trimix or Bimix or aprostadil. Many guys here say we are lucky to get such a great response and I agree we just have to find the right formula.
Keep us informed.

That's the crazy thing about Trimix. When I first started I had a weak formula and I was injecting up to 120 units (yes, 2 shots). Now my formula is much stronger but I have never come close to having a case of priapism despite how much I inject. Trimix is a wonderful drug but incredibly unpredictable until you get the dosage/formula right.
I've tried everything -- pills, injections pumps -- and now I am at the final frontier.
