I bought mine on line from a company called Banggood. Seriously X large gives plenty of room for, Big Boy. Shows a cool bulge.

ok, a little of both:
wisdom girl: with re: the age-old battle between big head and little head .. pre-implant little head did what he wanted right? i explained how the new system worked and when i finished she looked at me and observed, "so now *you're* the boss .."

wit girl: not good english. i was lying on my back after a session with my flag still at full mast. i was teasing her by making it wag back and forth. she was laughing so hard she could hardly breathe and finally pointed and demanded, "turn off dat!"

Life will never be the same since I was implanted. Prior to the implant my self esteem as a man was in the gutter. I don't know about all guys, but having a dick that works is at the top of my Christmas list. Santa please send me a dick that works ,(preferably longer) but I'll be very happy just to be able to ,,#$&+# again! An erection that never lets you 'down' is every man's dream and mine has come true. Plus a larger flaccid and impressive bulge is great also. Guys, if your dick isn't working anymore, please consider an implant. My decision to get one is one I will never regret. I just wish I had been implanted 10 years earlier.

I could use longer, but I'll settle for hard.
62 years old. ED for years. High BP and meds have done me in. AMS 700 CX /3.0 cm RTE Implanted by Andrew Kramer on 10/12/16. Involved revision to relocate tubes and pump performed 12/29/16 by Dr. Knoll of Nashville, TN.

Implanted Jan 4 2017 by Dr. Eid - 70 yo and single...ED gradually over 15 yrs...tired of pills, injections, cock rings....happy with my choice and results. Titan OTR - one 20cm cylinder - one 20cm+1 RTE...."got a rocket in my pocket"....

Guys some of you talk about having a hard dick after implant. With my AMS CX my dick is stiff, very towel hanging stiff but not hard. I have never felt the dick of another man with an implant, so I can't compare the feeling. With the VED my dick was so hard you could hammer a nail with it , but with my implant it's soft to touch and my wife loves the velvety feel. Are most implanted dicks hard or stiff. Do the tubes on the inside affect the outside. Are Titan dicks harder outside. When guys say hard do they mean hard or stiff?
