But if you havent venous leak I guess your problem is arterial? Maybe you could do a cavernosography or arteriography and then you will know what is the problem

I dont know either. Days ago I sent Hsu an email regarding my specific case. He replied that I'd make a good candidate despite the origins of my ED which are non-venous or non-leakage.
ED since 1996. Peyronies in 2012. PRP in 2013 and 2017. Dr. Brock, urology, NC, USA. Cialis and Viagra stopped working since 10/2017. Haven't been on Trimix since 3/2016. Will consider injecting it again. Will be prescribed testosterone injections soon.

Regarding the link the last comment was posted in 2015, not a good sign. Reading through it, it appears the success rate of his surgeries based on member posts alone which mind you isn't an accurate count since this comes from skimming through them seems to be 50/50. But on Hsu's site, he affirms a success rate of 90% thats consistent with pubmed based research.

This week I received an email from Dr. Hsu on whether his surgery would benefit someone like me who doesn't possess venous leakage. He confirmed my candidacy for it. But I'm apprehensive about it because of the 50/50 success rate of posters I read about on ed-forum. This is the conclusion I draw, which again isn't accurate. Thus I'm not sure about it.

I reach the same conclusion, the rate of success or great improve is about 50/50. Hsu says the rate of great improve is 90% and cure is 76% but this is not true, as you said it would be more like 50/50.
The best success was in those guys with soft glans, you can read their preconditions before the surgery in the forum, and the most benefited were those who had venous leak and soft glans.

What you should keep in mind is that this operation will not give you a 100% cure probably, in fact in that forum only saw two that said to be 100% after in a long term, but others had good improvements like that guy grifter after three years he was to 80% without pills, and before pills didnt work, but others they did not improve in any way after a few months.
Regarding to the last message in the forum, it could be because is impossible register in the forum, I tried it but I could not
Injury that caused venous leak.
In my 20s thinking about implant

Can you give reason why you state this?

Because of the ed forum thread with 100+pages with dubious positive stories. People prefer to believe in dreams, you know? I am sick of this. Watching people over and over going for surgeries that do nothing but make the doctor earn money, even after it has been proved they don't work. But yeah, go for it, and then see for yourself.

I would try testosterone/hGH before treating it surgically.
