floppy head, after implant

I posted in the wrong area. so this is a redo.
I have read about others who ended up with a floppy head after an implant.
My implant works great,except it is useless for intercourse!
The inflation tubes are about 1/4" to 1/2" short of the glans. My URO says that is as far as they will go because of lack of use! He can do a surgery to pull the head back but i don't want to do that.
Has anyone with this problem found a solution?
I am thinking about seeing another URO to see if the implant can be redone and the tubes installed correctly.

I have the same problem now (been activated about 2 weeks). A couple of the guys say that this will correct itself in a few months/years if you inflate daily.
