Thanks for your chronicles. Your before and after pics really were inspiring. I basically do not see any difference. I pulled the trigger on getting one because the injections have stopped working. 6 months ago I would have said, are you kidding. But I keep trying the injections with rings and have just not had good results. My surgery is scheduled for 6/8/17. I'm a little nervous, but in the long run, it will be worth it. Thanks again for posting this.

I do have a question. Is there a position that you feel deeper penetration then another? I ask because I am on the short side and my wife loves that deep penetration when we were younger. Don't get me wrong that's not a complaint. Just a statement of fact. Deeper is better.

The go to position for me where I feel the utmost penetration is missionary with her legs raised high & spread and if she can put her heels to or behind her ears, that's optimal.....pubic bone to pubic bone......but that was always the case even pre implant......otherwise her on top (cowgirl) is also a great penetrating position......doggy & sideways (side saddle) was always for the visual show......
