Where do I start, about 1987, my super dick became a soft sentimental weenie. Prior to that, my sex life was great, well hung and built. Then I lost control of my dick, it wouldn't respond. Being military, I went to the urologist. He suggested Muse, did do anything. Then he gave me a shot of something in the side of my penis! It did nothing. He said, that's all I can do. Went to the VA, they asked if I was a sex addict and the nurse told me there are other ways to please a woman, sure there is. So the muddled through girlfriends with a semi hard dick, sometimes to soft for entry. Most of the girls cried because they assumed it was their fault. I lost a lot a self esteem and was scared my friends would find out. I think by the time I left that state, the VA was giving me 4 Viagra a month, I was supposed to cut them in half, but they never told me how to use it.
Lets say I moved to a warmer climate, went to the VA and they fixed me up with 4 Levitra, I loved them. Then they changed back to Viagra. I had several girlfriends and none of them knew I was using. My sex life was great, I crossed the border and purchased more ED drugs. Nothing could stop me, as the years passed, I needed more or a combo to get it up, called limp dick, but she loved it.
All of a sudden, I am living with someone and I can't get it up. She gives me head and I can't get it up. I left the poor girl out of fear and frustration.
Now, between Tricare and the VA, I am trying to get a penile implant. That's my last hope. Does anyone have experience using Tricare to get a PE? I met a new beautiful woman, one night we tore each others clothes off and after I went down on her, she returned the favor. But I had a limp dick, I wasn't even going to try to put it in. I wrote her a note and told her I would understand if she didn't want to see me anymore, but she is still around. I was at her place and told her the truth, she didn't mind.
Now I am trying to save my life with a PE. I can't even masturbate. Trying to get an implant now. I am 60, and most people think I am 45, but they don't know about my problem.
Any suggestions, I have tried everything.

I complained enough to the VA and on May 23, I will be getting an implant...thank goodness.

That part caught my attention. My wife used to really believe she was the reason I couldn't get it up or keep it up. Between my male egfo and that, really makes suffering from this so hard. No pun intended.

Feeling better this morning, I went pee and much less burning. It felt very good to be able to urinate. I have some pain on the right side, probably where the reservoir is. My penis is wrapped tight and semi erect, its large and thick. My doctor told me he used the largest implant he could. I am normally 8-9 inches when it worked, I will settle for 7 and from the looks of things, I will be very satisfied.

Day 2 and very sore around the balls which are black and blue. I had to sleep on the sofa. I can feel the pump now. Going in today for a rewrap.

iced down the balls, feeling much better. also made a bowel movement, thank god.

day 3 and feeling great, my purple scrotum is still swollen and a bit tender, the pump seems huge. my stitches look good. its just hard to sit comfortably...

I had my one week checkup and the doc removed some stitches, still in some pain on the reservoir side, but hopefully it goes away soon.
The doc laughed as he told me that he had to add an extra centimeter because of my length and its in the notes.

oh well, hope everything works and I am back to normal.
