Urine Leakage during sex, after RP

I had Robotic RP on March 1st, and will be getting my TriMix "dick sticking" lesson from my uro on May 3rd. Looking forward to resuming relations with my wife, and am concerned about leaking urine during arousal and climax. My one climax to date was kinda messy (and alone).

Any thoughts, comments, experiences, suggestions or advice would be appreciated.

I've experienced this frustrating issue. With a VED and constriction rings I learned to plan ahead and be fairly dehydrated prior to sex. For me it did get better with time and wasn't a serious issue when fully hard and erect from a VED and constriction ring. It becomes more of an issue if dick has leaked down to not being fully hard and erect. I learned to constrict myself when I came to insure no urine ejaculation but the conscious constriction does detract from the orgasm. I haven't experienced an issue with this problem when using injections as so far the injections work very well for me giving me a very hard and erect dick, if a bit smaller than before surgery.

Radioradio: I, too, had urine leakage post RPP. It got better with time as I got used to dealing with only one urethral spinchter. Still get some occasionally. WE generally keep a dry washcloth handy in case of any leakage. As toe above poster says make sure your bladder is empty. Also being as aroused as possible tends to squeeze the urethra and limits leakage.

Aside from being totally impotent, this is probably the main thing keeping me away from women for the past 5 years, since I had an RP. I was with a woman about a year ago although we never actually had complete sex. I was quite worried about leaking. I don't think I did but I'm not 100% sure.

You are lucky in that at least you have a wife. Trying to start a new relationship in this condition is, well, pretty unrealistic.

I too have experienced leakage during sex. I had RP 2.5 years ago. I have no erection. I am 58 years old. I have tried gels & injections & didnt like either. I use the VED with constriction ring to have intercourse with my wife. The VED sucks too but better than the alternatives & the ring reduces leaking. Sex with flacid penis being either oral or hand stimulation usually results in some leakage. The advice here has been good. Void before you have sex. I must admit that when i experience a great orgasm i generally will not only leak, i squirt urine. I was told by my Uro that the urine is completely harmless & just one if the things we have to get over as does your SO. Needless to say, i am scheduled to have implant surgery on 5/24/17. Ready to join the bionic brotherhood. Hoping that things will get somewhat normal in the sex department being spontaneous an all. Who knows, maybe even pee on the ceiling now & then.

Correction on my previous post. My surgery is actually schefuled for 5/23/17. So looking forward to the end result. Wife completely supportive. Took 3 weeks out of work. Can take more if need be. Got a to do list around the house if i feel OK. From what i read here I'll be draggin around a new friend !

I have this issue as well. Always try and empty your bladder just before having any kind of sex. I don't have any issues with leakage as long as I am on my back. But standing or on top I will flow like a river even when I think my bladder is empty. Relax you will get used to the new normal. My implant was the best thing I have done since RPS. It didn't make me a stud puppy by any means. Implants have some issues as well. But again once you get used to the new normal you will do fine.

It doesn't contribute to a sense of spontaneity but in addition to voiding right before sex with my wife I try to avoid liquids several hours before hand. If solo I don't void and use it as an exercise to practice having an orgasm without ejaculating urine. It is possible even not empty. Granted it does feel good to occasionally just let er rip.

Again, for me it's now not much of an issue when fully hard from an injection or if wearing a tight ring but unfortunately you can't wear a tight ring for long and it takes me awhile to get a nut.
