are your tips even/equal distance?

My right tip (LGX) is right at the base of the glans/head, which is good. However, the left tip is almost one half inch back from the glans/head, causing it to be very floppy on the left side. Aren't they supposed to be even with one another? Anyone else experience this before? What could be causing it? By the way, I have been trying to manipulate the shaft daily so that any blockage/scarring/fibrosis/etc. will break up, but so far no change..........................

Sorry to hear that. No expert, but doesn't sound right. What does your doc say?. Both my tips are well into the glans, probably about 80% the length of the glans and as far as I can feel, very nearly identical depth.
59 y/o, Good health, dealing with ED since age 40, pills worked for awhile, shots work but are getting less effective and a hassle.
