Minnesota...i will give that a try. Hope it works. It does seem to me that it is flatter immediately after deflation and then seems to be fuller later....even though it pops open and closed like an empty plastic bottle...like i mentioned above. Will let you know after a few days of trying it. The above pics were immediately after double draining it. Once by squeezing and once after mashing it flat between my hand and a dresser top.

THANKS for the suggestion.

Yup. Good luck! It could be also that it is new and just needs repitition of deflating, but let us know the results.

Well...it is empty. I tried your technique. I can click it as i described. It is obvious that it is totally empty. But it looks the same and makes the same bulge under my jeans. Thanks anyway.

BTW... my implant is about a year old.

Where is your crease at? My cylinders fold/crease right at the base of my penis which allows for a nice flat lay. It looks like no matter what you do, your penis is still at an angle. So instead of taking a flat 90 degree is turn, yours looks more around a 45 degree lay.

I developed ED Post Prostatectomy in February 2004 and had the Coloplast Titan Penile Implant Procedure done in
December 2007.
I have never had a problem with my penis remaining semi-rigid after I properly deflate the Implant.
I swim wearing a tight Speedo Racing Suit and wear compression shorts while working out with the weights and have never felt self-conscious about my penis protruding after I deflate it.

Hope this is helpful.

Best of luck.

Bob

I guess I could try putting it in a large wood vice and clamping Spike paper thin.....but that may create other problems. But I still say the problem has to do with the stiffness of the implant material. And maybe my ballsack riding high pushes my penis up some too. I tried over and over yesterday and today to apply suggestions and i just dont get it. The implants, though empty, pop out and assume a cylindrical configuration....like they are stiff. And my glans and spongiosum have good bloodflow and inflation. Oh well, I will just have to live with it.

Genome:
While I kind of have the same problem since I have the malleable implant.
I have solid wood 24/7 now.
I will gladly put up with this compared to before the implant.
While I do not have the girth and I don't think the length to deal with
I still can at least bend it down so that it rests more or less on the scrotum.
I haven't tried swim trunks yet. I am not a speedo kind of guy anyway so that may not
be a problem for me.
I just count my new blessing and move on. I really don't mean to down play or
make light of what you think is a real problem. For me I just don't see (or feel) one.
At least this one I am enjoying living with.
Bless you my friend!

Hey man
I envy you. At my age would like to look that youthful as long as no pain.

You may not... Mine USED to do that too but not as much as yours. After several hundred, mind blowingly hard (I mean I used both hands and all my gripping power to get the final squeeze while pumping up) inflations, my cylinders have softened up and my penis not points to the floor when deflated.

If fact, it gets so soft now it worries me until I pump it up for a while just to see if it's all working. Hopefully you will see it get gradually relaxed as time moves forward.
