I am not sure if this topic is appropriated here or should be somewhere else. But here goes.
First I have had a penile implant so erection is not a problem. My wife and I have sex often for our ages. 79 and 78.
Problem is I seldom ejaculate. And when I do it is usually through my wife stimulating my penis. (jacking me) My age and the fact that I have a back problem are probably a factor.
We have tried prostate massage but my wife is not great at it and I can't find any quides to teach us. I might add that my wife is willing to perform massages on me.
Are there any products that might help? Any links to web sites on the topic? Anyone else have a solution for this problem or is it something we have to learn to live with.

Re: Ejaculation lack
The real question is if you orgasm or not. Since my cancer surgery and radiation I have very small amount of ejaculate but thank god my orgasms are still very intense. I don't really care, less mess and clean up.
All the best!

My 'milky white' left after my radiation treatment for prostate cancer. It may or may not return. I don't care. My orgasms are just as intense and a lot less messy.

You should read up on a prostate massager.

The referenced site is one of the most renowned. However, with a search of some of the sex toy on line stores, you should be able to get a good knock off for a substantial savings.

Re: Ejaculation lack
I am a 13 year cancer survivor, with the gland removed. With regards to the initial post and question, I hope that Shopman is experiencing an orgasm but not ejaculating. In my case I am not implanted and use an Agusta medical pump with a band to maintain an erection. As one member stated orgasms can be intense without the prostate gland and not messy. I whole heartily agree!! However, I miss ejacutaion. For me it is a psychological thing, I miss shooting my load into my loving wife. Our sex life has been very tame I I would love to be able shoot a load again, into her and on her.
71 years of age, afflicted with ED in my late 40’s and treated with Viagra. Started treatment for hypertension at the age of 50; diagnosed with PC at age 50, RP at age of 51 years.

I do on occation ejaculate. But they are few and far between. They also are not always real intense.

Thanks Donnie. I get the fluid but it just kind of dribbles out. That is when I manage to orgasm at all.
Sometimes it also takes more stimulation then I get through vaginal stimulation.

Thanks Artist. I have to tell you that my orgasms are not all that intense either. Fluid or not.

Re: Ejaculation lack
Shopman,
First, it is very common and normal for penile sensitivity to wane as men age. So yes, vaginal stimulation is often no longer enough to reach climax. If you were my patient, we would talk about the importance of vaginal ejaculation at this point in life and look at it as optional and not mandatory. Freeing ourselves from the expectation that our bodies should respond and behave as they did in our youth is a healthy start. You have intercourse for a while, enjoy it, and when you decide you want to climax, you or your wife finishes you off by hand. That sounds like a lot more fun than being frustrated.
Talk to a sexual medicine specialist about Wellbutrin which is a dopamine agonist which helps lower the threshold of orgasm. Also, make sure you are really clear about the issue - orgasm and ejaculation are two totally different things. When you talk to your doctor, make sure you are asking for the correct help. Frankly, no one is going to care if you ejaculate or not at 78. But orgasms are something you deserve. Find a doctor who is highly trained in sexual medicine and that is the best place to start. You might also consider seeing a sex educator for ideas how to incorporate and accommodate the aging body in sex.
