I gain about an inch (max) after pumping; diameter doesn't change much, however. Was 7 1/4 X 2 before, now about 5 1/2 X 1 1/2.

My flaccid state before the LGX was "turtle". My flaccid state post-op is about 3-4 inches and it does hang at a nice angle. My erect size is pretty much where it used to be, about 6 or more but now with incredible girth. It looks like a very healthy penis in either state, inflated or deflated. flacid length before was 3" after implant 5"....erect length did not change at all, right at 6" before and after. Circumference before implant 5.5" with Caverject. After implant circumference just over 5" so a bit of loss. Hardness, fogetaboutit .....I never had this amount of hardness in my life,ever!!!!
